The South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association accepts advertisements for its bi-monthly newsletter. The BARRISTER is mailed to over 800 trial lawyers, judges and law students. We encourage businesses and individuals to advertise with us, to reach this upscale, targeted audience.

Our Policies:

  ALL ads must be received "camera ready".
  All Ad copy remains with the newsletter unless return is requested.
  All rates are subject to change without notice.
  No cancellations accepted after the announced deadline.
  A discount of 10% may be taken for six (6) consecutive ads when payment accompanies Agreement.  
  You may pay in advance for each issue or we can bill you; whichever you prefer.
  Terms are net thirty (30) from date of invoice.
  SDTLA reserves the right to refuse any ad which is deemed unsuitable due to either ad content or failure to meet the dimension requirements.
  Ad will run for time specified in this Agreement unless notice of cancellation is received prior to deadline.
